Terms of Service — Cloutedd

Welcome to Cloutedd. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Cloutedd.

Your account

You must be at least the legal age of digital consent in your country.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe.
One profile per person or brand. Impersonating others is not allowed.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you publish on your profile (links, drops, images, copy). You grant Cloutedd a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate the service.

Prohibited use

No illegal content, harassment, hate, or incitement to violence.
No sexually explicit content involving minors. Period.
No malware, phishing, deceptive redirects, or affiliate fraud.
No scraping, rate-limit evasion, or interference with our infrastructure.

Suspension

We may suspend or remove profiles that violate these Terms. We will give notice when reasonable.

Service "as is"

Cloutedd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss.

Payments and refunds

If you opt into a paid plan, billing terms shown at checkout apply. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Tax-handling and dispute resolution follow the payment processor's policies.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
